At mOdus hotel we care for the environment using simple, yet effective methods for saving resources
and reducing the pollution levels such as:
 

• we use LED lightening, energy saving bulbs and energy saving solutions for lightening and
  air-conditioning
• we use water saving aerators in our bathrooms, which reduce water consumption by 40 % without
  affecting our guest comfort
• we use 100 % recycled paper in our offices and for our hotel accessories packing
• we use minimum amount of chemicals and fresheners in our day to day cleaning as well as for the
  hotel laundry
• we give our guests the opportunity to choose how frequently their beds linen and towels are changed
• we offer bicycles to our guests as an alternative green transport
• we use 100 % natural hotel cosmetics
• we use local food producer for our bistro
• we use organic products whenever possible

Eco events:
 

On the 15.11.2008 employees of mOdus participated in autumn tree planting organized by the Public
Environmental Centre for Sustainable Development - Varna in the region of "Haramiata". 8 Ares of oak
trees we afforested.
